MMIWG National Inquiry – May 30, 2018 – Part 1
The Inquiry into Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls convened in Calgary for the third day of its institutional hearings on government services. Appearing today were Dr. Valérie Gideon, assistant deputy minister of the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch, as well as Jackie Anderson and Christine Dumaine of the Mawi Wi Chi Itata Centre in Winnipeg.
