Federal Government Responds to Report on Broadcasting and Telecom Laws
On Parliament Hill, Industry Minister Navdeep Bains and Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault respond to the findings contained in the final report of the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Legislative Review Panel. The panel, which was first announced by the federal government in June 2018, was tasked with reviewing Canada’s Broadcasting Act, Telecommunications Act, and Radiocommunication Act.
