RCMP Commissioner Bob Paulson discusses the cellphone video made by Michael Zehaf-Bibeau moments before his October 22 attack at the National War Memorial and on Parliament Hill. Zehaf-Bibeau fatally shot Corporal Nathan Cirillo at the Memorial before being killed inside Centre Block on Parliament Hill. Last month the committee invited Paulson to show and discuss the video at his earliest convenience. (March 6, 2015)
